Rachel Marie Anderson, 13, went missing from Fulton, Mississippi, on April 11, 2000, along with her two younger brothers, Cameron (12) and Kyle (9). The children were last seen with their non-custodial mother, Lesley Allen. Rachel's parents, Jeff Anderson and Lesley, divorced in 1997, and following the separation, Lesley relocated to Mississippi with her children.
