Alisha Lynn Blair Ivy, 23, was last seen on October 28, 2018, in Quitman, Mississippi. Known to her family and friends as Blair, she was last spotted in the area of Long Boulevard and Bannister Avenue. On the day of her disappearance, her cell phone remained active for some time, with its last known ping being recorded in a 25-mile radius near the Voss tower in Clarke County, which also covers parts of Jasper and Jones Counties. After that, her phone could no longer be tracked.
