Jessie Barnes, a 28-year-old woman from West Point, Mississippi, was last seen on July 7, 2000. She disappeared from a family member's home located in the 800 block of Little Street late in the afternoon. Jessie, who was mentally disabled and had the mental capacity of a child, had difficulty remembering names and numbers.
