Curtis Austin Holmen, a 31-year-old teacher from Missoula, Montana, was last seen on July 22, 1984. That evening, he left his home to change the battery in his truck. Before leaving, Curtis called his girlfriend, confirming plans to meet her at a movie theater the next day. However, he never showed up, and this was the last confirmed contact anyone had with him.
