Harold Elmer Martin, a 60-year-old U.S. military veteran, was last seen on November 1, 1984, at a Veterans Affairs hospital in Ventura, California. At the time of his disappearance, Harold was battling terminal lung cancer, and he also had a large tumor on the right side of his forehead. Standing at 5'3" and weighing approximately 115 pounds, Harold had gray hair, blue eyes, and a scar from a previous hernia operation. Notably, he had no natural teeth at the time of his disappearance.
