Clinton Heins, a 31-year-old man, was last seen on January 18, 1990, in Tyler, Texas. On the evening of his disappearance, he was at his home on McDonald Road, where his wife saw him around 11:00 PM. After this sighting, Clinton vanished without a trace. There have been suggestions that he may have traveled to either Texarkana, Texas, or Tulsa, Oklahoma, after his disappearance, but no concrete evidence has emerged to confirm these leads.
