Daniel Torres Ventura, age 20, was last seen on May 10, 2008, in Columbia, South Carolina. That day, he went outside his residence on Springfield Road to attach license plates to his vehicle. About 30 minutes later, his aunt went to check on him, only to find his car, the screwdriver he was using, and other belongings still in place, but Ventura and the license plates were gone. Since then, he has not been seen or heard from, and few details have emerged regarding his disappearance.
