Carlo Pfaff, a 54-year-old man from Columbia, South Carolina, was last seen on March 6, 1999. He lived at the Alpine Forest Mobile Home Park and was last spotted leaving in a dark blue 1987 Chevrolet Astro minivan with South Carolina license plate CAR 564. His disappearance raised concerns, especially since he left behind his essential heart medication, which he needed to take regularly.
