David Alford, 36, went missing on August 24, 2014, from Boise, Idaho. At the time, he was last seen hitchhiking near an interstate with a cardboard sign that had "Arizona" written on one side and "Utah" on the other. He was wearing a t-shirt, tan cargo pants, and a brimmed hat and was carrying a duffle bag and skateboard.
