Sheila St. Clair, a 48-year-old Native American woman, was last seen on August 20, 2015, in Duluth, Minnesota. She was reportedly spotted at the Cascade Apartments in the Central Hillside neighborhood. Sheila had mentioned plans to travel to the White Earth Reservation or possibly to Red Cliff, Wisconsin, but she never reached either destination. She was not reported missing until September 10, 2015.
