James Fennelly, a 33-year-old resident of Tempe, Arizona, was tragically murdered on October 27, 2016. The incident occurred at his home, where two black male suspects entered and shot him.

At the time of the murder, Fennelly's 7-year-old daughter was inside the house, making the event even more distressing. The police were immediately notified and began an investigation into the crime.
