On May 1, 1990, 43-year-old Raymond Hodgkins was last seen fishing off the coast of Bar Harbor, Maine. He had taken his boat, *Joshua’s Delight*, out to sea, likely targeting haddock, cod, and flounder around the Schoodic Ledges area, approximately 25 miles offshore.
