Robert Schultze, age 63, was last seen on September 3, 2010, after setting out from Portsmouth Harbor in his small boat, *The Cat's Meow*, for a day of fishing. He had planned to fish for stripers and bluefish, something he frequently enjoyed, especially in the waters between Maine and New Hampshire.
