In the spring of 2016, a 53-year-old man named Donald W. Fagan vanished from the streets of Kansas City, Missouri. He was last seen on April 18, 2016, in the vicinity of Northeast 40th and North Oak. At the time of his disappearance, Donald was experiencing homelessness and was known to sleep behind businesses in that area.
