Donald W. Fagan, a 53-year-old man, was last seen in Kansas City, Missouri, on April 18, 2016. At the time of his disappearance, Fagan was homeless and known to sleep behind local businesses in the area of NE 40th and N. Oak. He has not been heard from since that day, and no significant leads have emerged regarding his whereabouts.
