David Carlyle Luzader, a 46-year-old man from Kansas City, Missouri, was last seen around his birthday on February 28, 2007. Luzader had a history of periodically disappearing for short periods before returning, which initially led his family to delay reporting him missing. However, he never reappeared, and his absence raised concerns. At the time of his disappearance, Luzader stood 5'7" tall, weighed between 165 and 185 pounds, and had gray hair and blue eyes.
