Andrew Nicholas Frantz, a 31-year-old man from Sedalia, Missouri, went missing on April 20, 2023. He was last seen leaving a residence in Sedalia, driving a white 2019 Ford Escape with a Florida license plate. Later that day, he was stopped by police and issued a traffic citation in Kansas City, Missouri, marking the last confirmed sighting of him.
