On April 20, 2023, 31-year-old Andrew Frantz was last seen in Missouri. He departed from a residence in Sedalia, driving his white 2019 Ford Escape with Florida license plates, with an unknown destination. Later that same day, at approximately 4:26 p.m., he received a traffic citation from the police in Kansas City, Missouri.
