Curtis D. Crowley Jr. was a 20‑year‑old African American male, born July 21, 1982, who disappeared from Kansas City, Missouri, on May 2, 2003. He was last seen leaving the former Municipal Correctional Institution at approximately 8100 Ozark Avenue in Kansas City .
