In the spring of 2013, a 39-year-old man named Clinton Scott Ramey vanished from Kansas City, Missouri. He was last seen on March 20, 2013, in the vicinity of 51st Street and Rinker Avenue. At the time of his disappearance, Clinton was experiencing homelessness and was known to have some health and substance abuse issues. His case has been classified as an endangered missing person, leaving his loved ones with unanswered questions.
