In the early morning hours of August 22, 2008, 41-year-old Johnny Kincaid was last seen in Kansas City, Missouri. He had driven his wife to her job, located in the 3400 block of Broadway, and was seen at approximately 6:30 a.m. Johnny, a white male with brown hair and blue eyes, stood at 5'11' and had a number of distinguishing tattoos and scars.
