Hubert S. Hines Jr., a 31-year-old resident of Newburgh, New York, tragically lost his life on March 7, 2017. Born on October 23, 1985, Hines was shot and killed in an incident that shocked the local community. The fatal shooting occurred on Hasbrouck Street, where police responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, officers found Hines with a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation revealed that the shooting was the result of a drug deal gone wrong.
