On the evening of March 25, 2016, in Newburgh, New York, a 51-year-old man of Jamaican origin named Glenton A. Wright, was fatally shot. The incident occurred at approximately 9:15 p.m. in the vicinity of 50 Benkard Avenue. At the time he was attacked, Wright was engaged in a simple act of kindness, delivering homemade health juices to a friend. This errand would tragically be his last.
