Mato Woistinma Dow, a 25-year-old Native American man from the Lower Sioux Indian Community, disappeared on October 13, 2017, in Redwood Falls, Minnesota. He was last seen leaving his sister's apartment around midnight on South Minnesota Street, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, long gray basketball shorts, and dark-colored shoes.
