He had a dark brown and black beard with some gray in it at the time of his disappearance. Distinctive physical features include scars on the back and sides of his neck, small scars on his chin, and a raised, thick scar on the right side of his abdomen. He typically dressed in western-style clothing, including Wrangler jeans, a large belt buckle, a black cowboy hat, and a wristwatch on his left wrist. Although he wore prescription eyeglasses, they were found at his residence.
