Lionel Elzy, a 51-year-old resident of New Orleans, Louisiana, was tragically shot and killed on December 8, 2012. Reports indicate that the incident occurred in Central City, an area that has seen its share of violence over the years. Elzy was found inside a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds, which eventually led to his death.
