Robert Garrett Stewart, a 25-year-old member of the Crow Indian Tribe, was last seen in Billings, Montana, during the early morning hours of October 4, 2013. He was in the company of acquaintances near Jackson Street and State Avenue in the southern part of the city. The weather that day was reportedly snowy and rainy.
