Richard "RC" Carroll Sprowl, age 24, was last seen on July 13, 2018, in Fayette, Missouri, at around 8:30 PM. His disappearance has remained a mystery, as he has not been seen or heard from since, which was out of character according to those who knew him. On the day he vanished, Richard was reportedly wearing a dark-colored shirt, blue jeans, and white shoes. He stood between 6'0" and 6'1" and weighed around 210 pounds. Richard was described as having brown hair and blue or hazel eyes.
