P.O. Leung stated he had been dispatched to a body in the channel near Kedzie and Bryn Mawr. Leung stated the body had initially been discovered by witnesses who were canoeing the river and called police. Leung stated the body was initially discovered on the east side of the channel under some heavy foliage. Leung stated the body was unable to be removed on the east side of the bank due to heavy foliage.
