Daniel Fraher, 47, was last seen on November 26, 1996, at the Kankakee Nursery located south of Aroma Park in St. Anne, Illinois. He disappeared without a trace and has not been heard from since. At the time of his disappearance, Daniel was wearing a blue coat, jeans, and a gray stocking hat. He stood 5'10" tall, weighed 165 pounds, and had brown hair and brown eyes.
