At the time he went missing, he was wearing a green, camouflage-styled shirt with denim pants, a camouflage baseball cap, and white tennis shoes. The exact date of his disappearance is unclear, adding another layer of uncertainty to the distressing situation for his loved ones.
Ronald was a white male with brown, short, spiky hair and blue or hazel eyes. He had a goatee at the time he was last seen. His physical appearance was further distinguished by several tattoos and scars. He had a tattoo of the words 'White Pride' down the triceps of both of his arms, a bat-like tattoo on his left shoulder blade, and a tattoo of the Grim Reaper on his shoulder. He also had a scar on his forehead, a burn scar on the back of his left arm, a scar on his buttocks, and a bent little finger on one of his hands. He stood between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighed between 120 and 150 pounds.
