Valencia Kay Joshua, a 22-year-old African American woman, was tragically murdered on February 24, 1992. She was last seen alive on the campus of Texas State Technical Institute, where she was reportedly knocking on the window of Kenneth McDuff’s dorm room. Her body was discovered months later in a heavily wooded area near the campus.
