Regenia DeAnn Moore, a 21-year-old woman, was abducted and murdered on the evening of October 15, 1991. She was last seen in the pickup truck of Kenneth Allen McDuff, a notorious serial killer, in an area of Waco, Texas, known as "The Cut". Her body was not discovered until nearly seven years later, on September 30, 1998, near a creek north and east of Waco.
