In the autumn of 2003, 58-year-old James Warren Woodard, a resident of Waukegan, Illinois, went to his bank and withdrew a substantial amount of money. This transaction, occurring on October 2nd, would be the last confirmed sighting of Woodard. Following this, he seemingly vanished, leaving behind a life and a concerned circle of family and friends.
