On August 2nd, 1969, this unidentified man, who appears to be approximately 18 to 25 years of age and may have Hispanic roots or origins, left from New York City by Napierville Junction RR train no. 9 and arrived in Canada at Montreal, Quebec. Prior to leaving New York, he had reported to the draft board on Broadway and 52nd and they had directed him to report to Fort Dix, New Jersey. That is when he decided to flee to Canada.
