Decedent was a pedestrian struck by a vehicle. Decedent was fingerprinted and later Identified with various names and dates of birth. Information we've obtained states that he is from Mexico and his family is also from Mexico; however, the Mexican consulate has been unable to confirm the individual is from Mexico and cannot locate the decedent’s family listed on the prior detainment records.
