Elias Siguina-Matias, a 42-year-old male, was last seen on November 11, 2013, near McAllen, Texas. He had made a phone call from Reynosa, Mexico, indicating that he was planning to cross the Rio Grande into the United States at an unknown location close to McAllen, in Hidalgo County, Texas. Since that day, no further contact has been made, and he has been missing ever since.
