On 09/01/2017 at approximately 1135 hours the decedent jumped from the 8th Street overpass onto the Southbound SR-110 freeway in Los Angeles. A vehicle then struck the decedent. 911 was called and the decedent was transported to a local hospital. His health deteriorated and he was pronounced dead at 1504 hours.
