Armando Arregoin, a 51-year-old man, was last seen on July 29, 2013, in South Gate, California. On that day, he reportedly left the facility where he had been living voluntarily. Prior to his disappearance, Arregoin had experienced homelessness, and his departure has left authorities and family members concerned.
