Francisco Munoz-Romero, a 49-year-old man from Santa Ana, California, was last seen on January 25, 2009. Francisco had informed his family that he planned to return to Mexico in February 2009, but they have not heard from him since. There were unconfirmed reports from an uncle who claimed to have seen Francisco in Santa Ana, and he appeared to be in poor condition, reportedly drinking.
