At about 1200 hours, on 04-10-1976, the body of the decedent was found in a vacant lot near S. 27th Street and Main Street, Richmond, CA. The decedent is a black female in her 20's, with black hair, brown eyes, 5'-2" tall and weighed 115. All efforts to identify the decedent have been unsuccessful.
