Two citizens found a decomposed body lying in an open field area, near Elmar Court, Richmond, CA. The remians appeared to be a white male adult, later determined to be around 45+ years-old. The area is approximately 150 yards from the waters of Richmond Bay. The decedent was wearing a red shirt, black jacket, black pants, tan shoes, with brown socks. He had gray/black hair.
