Hispanic, straight hair. Wearing gray sweatshirt, trimmed in purple/blue over black t-shirt. Blue sweatpants with "Winters Blizzard" logo, over black sweatpants. Gray socks, size 7 1/2 "Reebok" sports shoe. Found in rural northeast Gregg County.
