In the early morning of March 19, 2023, a passerby stumbled upon a distressing scene in San Diego, California. A call to 911 reported an unresponsive individual located in the backseat of a vehicle. Responding to the emergency, personnel from both the San Diego Police Department (SDPD) and the San Diego Fire Department arrived promptly at the scene.
