Bernard Anthony Brueggemann was a male individual whose life ended under distressing circumstances in San Diego, California. On December 5, 2020, he was discovered with an altered mental status at an undisclosed location. Concerned bystanders quickly called 911, leading paramedics to respond to the situation.
