Fred Moore, a 28-year-old resident of Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on April 13, 2022. The incident occurred during a large gathering on the St. Louis riverfront, specifically on Leonor K. Sullivan Boulevard, near the Gateway Arch grounds. According to reports, the area was crowded with over 100 vehicles at the time of the shooting. Moore was found shot to death inside a car, with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso and head.
