Jeremiah Foster, a 36-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on April 16, 2022, in an overnight shooting. The incident occurred in the 8600 block of Newton Avenue, where officers responded to reports of gunshots in the early hours of the morning.
