Demario Smith, a 19-year-old honor roll student from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on July 6, 2022. Demario had returned home for the summer after completing his freshman year at Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia. He was known for his academic excellence, having graduated from University City High School with honors and a 4.7 GPA. Demario was also an athlete, participating in football and track.
