On the afternoon of August 7, 2022, law enforcement officers in Normandy, Missouri, responded to a call regarding a shooting victim discovered in a parking lot. At approximately 4:58 p.m., police arrived at the 7200 block of Natural Bridge Road, located in St. Louis County. Upon inspecting a vehicle at the scene, they found 18-year-old Misean Hines, a Black male, unresponsive in the backseat.
