Edward Hatcher, a 17-year-old from Saint Louis, Missouri, tragically lost his life on June 24, 2017. The incident occurred in the village of Riverview, a suburb of Saint Louis. According to reports, Edward was fatally shot by another teenager, Cliff Edwards, who was also 17 at the time. The shooting took place in an apartment where Edwards pointed a firearm at Hatcher's head and pulled the trigger, mistakenly believing that the gun would not discharge without the magazine inserted.
