Marvin Williams, aged 38, tragically lost his life on August 21, 2022, in Kansas City, Missouri. The incident occurred in the late afternoon when police responded to a call about a shooting near East 89th Street and Troost Avenue. Upon arrival, officers found Marvin Williams suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of a resident who had already started CPR and the continued life-saving measures by the officers and EMS, Williams was pronounced dead at the scene.
