Donna M. Bailey, aged 23, tragically lost her life on September 24, 2022, in Highlandville, Missouri. The incident occurred during a high-speed car chase involving multiple law enforcement agencies. According to reports, the chase began when Ozark Police attempted to stop a vehicle suspected of being driven by an impaired driver. The driver, identified as Timothy W. Shafer, 37, did not comply and fled the scene, prompting the police to alert the Christian County Sheriff's Office.
